Great Staff, They installed all my cabinets and islands for two homes I just finished building. My overall satisfaction rating is 4, But these three individuals have my 5* endorsement: Ms. Jay Sadasivan should have been be the president, COO, or CEO of this company! She has such outstanding attitude and aptitude! the most helpful and outstanding customer care individual. Jay is an experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and intelligent individual!! She has always been available, very responsive and understanding. My working relationship with her during the past 1 1/2 year has been exceptional and very satisfactory, which i have not experience in a looooong time!. Thank you Jay. The best next staff is Mr. Sterling. He is the field staff for installation and maintenance/repairs! superb experience and outstanding attitude. Thank you sterling. Bought a fireplace from these guys during a home remodel.  They installed the flue incorrectly so that it was capped at the attic rather than running all the way up through the roof.  When informed of the error it took another two days for the fix to be scheduled.  They totally whiffed on that appointment, leaving my wife home all morning waiting for nothing.  Then they show up later that day and don't announce themselves but just climb up on our roof while my wife is home with the baby.  Completely indefensible service - and nothing close to an apology from the company.

We got the windows in a timely manner and we are very happy with the windows. They weren't very well educated on the windows. In trying to explain what the jams and things were made of, they didn't have a good knowledge of that. They must have relied on the window salesperson and the person actually works for the window company. The windows were great. It was just that they were not very knowledgeable on the product that they were selling. We learned that after we had some issues. We were expecting a three-quarter inch jam, and they came without a jam and we were told that the jam was supposed to be fiberglass. After they were delivered and they didn't have that and they went back to the actual window company, and the window company said the only jams they do are wood so we were kind of misled. They had everything in their showroom. They just weren't knowledgeable about the product and that was the issue. The product was great itself and they were very responsive. As far as on being delivered and the service that they provided, it was great.

Technician was very friendly and very efficient at completing the work.  Had to replace the glass on 1 fireplace that required new parts to be ordered, which took several weeks to complete after the incorrect size was initially delivered.  Technician was very apologetic after realizing incorrect glass was delivered.  Scheduling a follow-up visit with the correct sized glass was very easy.

They repaired gas log fireplace. Very expensive repair. They seem to be the only and quot;game in townand quot; when it comes to this type repair.

I was very satisfied with those I dealt with! The sales staff was great in ordering exactly what I wanted and got it delivered just in time. The installers were prompt, courteous and professional. They were even able to use the existing trim kit, which was not anticipated. I have just been notified that I will be receiving a $200 credit for the return of the trim kit that was not needed so the end price was more like $600. I would definitely use this company again!

Parrish is very professional, courteous and prompt. And prices were great, by far the best of other estimates we got. They did a computer design which we iterated on several times. Cabinets were installed by one crew, then granite countertops installed by another crew, then followup visits to make sure everything was okay and to correct some items. The next renovation project we have where cabinets are involved we will definitely use Parrish.

We have used Parrish on a number of occasions over the past three years for repair of cabinets and drawers. They have been always responsive, helpful, and courteous. The latest was a repair of a drawer, out of warranty. The service rep. also repaired and aligned other drawers for free which were difficult to pull out.

Jay from Parrish and Company came out (after work hours) and did the measurements for the quote. She worked with us getting all of the required accessories that would be needed to give us exactly want we wanted in the finished product. She had a good working knowledge of the cabinet vendor and their product. She worked with us in the scheduling of the cabinet installation, the granite selection and installation, and finish out crew. We were very pleased with her work and with the work that Hondo did in the installation on the cabinets.

They are a GE Distributor and they are wonderful! I am very happy with them and I am impressed with their responsiveness. When they delivered them, there was a manufactures defect with one of them and they brought the part the next day and fixed it. Originally, it was going to take 48 hours to get the appliances delivered and they called me because they came in within 24 hours and they brought them right away.
