In the end he spend a lot of time doing floating work of questionable value for a few thousand dollars. More importantly I had him rebuild part of a deck and put on a railing. There were gaps in the railing joints big enough for me to put my finger in. This was rough framing work at best and not a finished trim type work. I get the feeling he hit the bottle.
