Emilio called right away and came out the same night to inspect the project when I got home from work. He came back the next morning and efficiently repaired a leak and changed out several sprinkler heads. He pointed out the valve /controller boxes. He ran thru my sprinkler system watering cycles and times. I appreciated all the info he gave me. I am very pleased and will call him again if need arises.

After responding to 8/12 request for a repair visit Emmanuel arrived on time on the morning of 8/13, and was able to promptly identify 3 leak locations in our sprinkler system. He then made repairs to these leaks and identified the (rodent damage) cause of the main leak. This is just outstanding customer service. 5 stars for Emmanuel and Oakwood!

The team did a great job with removal of broken tree limbs from the Feb 2023 ice storm. They shaped the trees so they looked good, and didn’t just cut off the broken branches. They cleaned up my lawn and driveway of even smaller broken limbs and leaves, cut the downed branches to a reasonable size and stacked up curbside so the city trucks can readily take them. I will be reaching out to this business for landscaping work on a front plot that lost all its plants in snowpocalypse of 2021. They were friendly, courteous, timely and professional in their communications.

The sprinkler service person arrived as promised, was personable, and fixed all problems presented to him. Afterwards, all stations were tested to ensure they worked as intended. Pricing was reasonable. I would hire this sevice again.
