+ -1 moreThis was a great experience, and Peter went above and beyond with his service. Not only that, but when the builder tried to pressure us into closing the issues even though some things were not fixed, Peter came out on a few minutes notice for a small fee, and checked the defects that we could not get to, like the roof, a leak in the attic, and other things, to see if they were done. And, it's a good thing, because there were 10 issues still outstanding! If we had not had Peter back out, there would still be things that were not fixed that we didn't know about.
Description of Work: Home inspection, top to bottom, for a new house that we have lived in for 10 months. Peter Sullivan inspected everything from the top of the roof to the foundation and grounds. He went in the attic and checked everything. Mr. Sullivan provided an exhaustive list and report with color photographs for each issue that he found. And there were quite a few, some of which were code violations that the builder missed. He provided detailed explanations to us in person of each issue to be sure we understood everything that needed to be addressed by the builder. He explained things clearly and gave us examples. He also described the best practices that should have been used and told us why, so that we could relay this information to the builder and understand why the defects were issues and back that up.
