MONARCH PAINT

Description of Work: We need touch up paint to match contractor’s existing color in 6 year old house as we did not want to repaint. Since we were the second owner we did not know the color code but new paint was PPG. We also had a section of dry wall painted the original color. We called Monarch on a Sunday just to find out their hours and surprisingly a gentleman answered the phone. They weren’t open but were there doing inventory. He ask how he could help anyway and we explain and he said to come down in the morning as they kept some records on what PPG colors were used by home builders on specific houses. So the next morning, taking our sample we showed up at Monarch with our sample. The young man who helped us was Brandon M. Since our home was built in 2003 they did not have the records, having changed over their records system since then. But they did call another PPG store in the area to check. But Brandon said if we could leave the sample he would try to match it.
