Bill was here to do an annual check on the performance of the A/C system and to change out some of the air vent covers to improve the circulation of the cool air. I was absolutely amazed at the difference in comfort with just the small change of vent covers. Bill is very professional and returns calls quickly.

They did not charge me for anything because they did not find anything wrong, but just cleaned up and just charged me the service call, which was like $39. They are extremely fair, reasonably priced, and good at what he does. I have used them several times for just every year service and they have put a complete heating and air system in my house. I will definitely use them again.

John was very helpful, communicative, easy to work with and willing to investigate and implement alternative solutions. They made the entire installation in one six hour period. They came when they said they would and did a complete installation including modifying the ductwork to accommodate the new American Standard unit and explained everything we needed to know/do to keep the new one functioning well.

Terrific!!! John was very helpful and communicative. He was willing to quote possible replacement systems over the phone. He arrived promptly, described clearly everything he saw about our situation. He gave me lots of patient explanation about how to care for the new system and use the 10 year parts and labor warranty. The work was all done in a day without a hitch. It included some carpentry refitting inside and removal of a lot of vines and a stump before setting a new concrete pad.

Bill Yates was recommended to me by a neighbor last summer when my a/c unit's fan was running but it wasn't cooling. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. In the winter I had trouble with the furnace. The unit wasn't recognizing when the temperature got below the target on my thermostat. Again, Bill diagnosed it and fixed it quickly and for a fair price. This spring I decided to replace the unit before the summer heat hit. I had been so impressed with Bill's professionalism (returned calls promptly, showed up when he said he would, offered trouble shooting advice over the phone, patiently explained the root of the problem and what he was doing to fix it, pleasant demeanor and old-fashioned work ethic) that I wanted to give him the business when I bought a new HVAC unit. Bill came out promptly (working around my schedule) to explain my options and give me quotes on the different levels of HVAC units that would work for my house (explained tonnage and SEER ratings). He didn't pressure me to buy from him at all, but encouraged me to get other quotes. Once I phoned him to contract with him he scheduled the work within a week. He did the entire installation himself,...8 hours without stopping even for lunch. My new a/c has been keeping me cool ever since. I feel like I got a good product and great service at a fair price. And the purchase comes with one free service call during the first 12 months after installation so I can have him come out next spring and check/clean the unit for free before the summer heat hits again. I would (and have!) recommended Bill to anyone I know who is in need of a/c repair.

The guy that runs it really knows what he's doing. He is efficient and his attention to detail is good as well.
