Jose and his crew did a great job on my ceilings! I initially called another painting company I had used in the past but I was not convinced that they would fix the cracks correctly and that owner even said they had a job that the cracks came back after a few months. So that made me look for someone who not only painted but did drywall. When Jose came to my house he immediately said to do the job right one room that had a large crack the length of the ceiling that scaffolding would be required. I could tell from talking to him that he knew to how to fix the cracks correctly. I thought the job would take at least 2 full days but Jose and his crew got 90%+ done the first day. The main reason they came back the next day was just to fine tune some of the cut-in as it was getting dark the first day and difficult to see. When they came back they double checked everything to ensure it was perfect! Jose's crew was so nice too and very respectful and took extra time to make sure everything was covered during the work and did not leave any debris behind. In summary, Jose really knows his business and pays great attention to detail and does the job like it is his own house!

I found Jose on YELP; however, I later learned he was here on Angie's List. I got quotes from four different painters, all with varying levels of professionalism & ability. The biggest issue was the stone ledger wall (that was installed incorrectly and was an eyesore) that I wanted painted to hide the splotchy stone color. At the quote meeting, Jose offered an innovative solution that would keep the stone aesthetic. by using the 'Granite Grip' paint. When I mentioned this suggestion to other painters (later), they all balked & wouldn't touch the project. As things go, the project changed a few times - in terms of size & need, so Jose was happy to come back and re-look at the work & update his quote. The final result was awesome! I had the paint consultant come over yesterday, and her reaction was "this is lovely!" He takes his time, he's detail-oriented, he's committed & thorough. I know he takes his time to get the job done right and will stay late to ensure the project is completed correctly. I've actually just called him today to come back and do more work for me!
