Raul was excellent. He communicated when he was coming and when he couldn’t make it, he responded quickly to my request and after a quote he showed up promptly ready to get our EV socket installed. He quoted a fair price and did the work paying attention even to the aesthetics of the install. I’m very happy with the work he did and most of all with his communication.

Raul was very responsive from start to finish. He handled all of the permitting and kept everything simple for us. He upgraded my electrical panel and had us back up in running in no time.

I have found that he goes above & beyond in the job. He knew the goal I had was to not only upgrade ALL the lighting in my house (fixtures, and all) but to make the overall lighting in my home more sufficient for each space so to achieve a brighter and more inviting home. To help me achieve this, Raul even went shopping with me multiple times to make sure I was purchasing the right fixtures for a particular area. Raul did a great job with my manual transfer switch install. He provided advice on not only what he was installing but how to size out the job to make sure I was getting the right parts to cover what I needed the switch to do. Fast installation and handled the communication with the electrical company and pulling permits (not needed where I live).

Main Service Enterance upgrade from 130A to 200A. New meter can and main breaker service entrance. Bid at one price, . Compromised on bill that was 122% of bid. Last minute changes to the bill of materials despite months of prep time available for research and planning. Got the job done in time to pass inspection and reconnect service same day, as planned. Workmanship looks ok. All circuits worked first try.

Called out for estimate on replacing load center, very competitive pricing vs other electricians, and always comes out when promised. Due to city of Austin backlog the wait for the main disconnect was several months, Raul kept on top of it and completed the job on the key date. Was so happy with the service I also had M&G install a transfer switch for the main panel as well as do all the remodel wiring for our kitchen, complete with 100 amp sub-panel. Very happy, recommend.

Called several electrician from Angis list but only M@G electric got right back to me . I am sure that they are all busy but Raul contacted me and came out to review the project and estimate the cost. We were installing a transfer box to hook up a generator for backup. Raul noticed that the main electrical panel was rusted and evidence that a potential fire hazard could occur. Pedernales electric had recommended that the panel be changed when we purchased the house too. Raul took the time to explain exactly what and how the system would work We took Raulâ s advice and he quoted us a very reasonable price. He showed up early on the day of installation and had everything ready when Pedernales showed up to cut the power. His work is exceptional and very precise. They responded quickly and came out the same day to give an estimate. This was even although they had been on another job all day. The bid came in right where expected for my area. The price was fair even with a few code updates needed. He handled all the paperwork and disconnects for replacing a meter box/upgrading panel and finished the work in a few hours even though it was raining. The new panels look great and even have space for more circuits if needed. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend and use again.
