He stole 9,000 from my 80 yr old mother in law. She hired him to put on a new roof June 2020. He never even bought the supplies. He was asked in July, August and September about when he would be starting. He told her , “you’ll know when I’m starting when you see supplies in your driveway”. When my husband contacted him, he admitted that he’d spent the money elsewhere. Because he was the head of the Republican Party in Williamson county? He said he would pay her back after the election. Not only did he not pay a dime to her, he has now blocked phone calls from her, my husband and my brother in law. He’s a crook. He has no integrity.

Still waiting for Steve to install master bath countertop and faucet. Paid money to Steve to order kitchen doors and countertop. Money was paid in December and work is not done. Steve refuses to answer my calls or respond to complaint from BBB. He mentioned that he doesn't need to advertise on Angie's List because he has a lot of customers who want to hire him. If you hired him in January 2017, he probably used my money to work on your project. This is really sad that he would do this to me as I had hired him in the past and he did good work for me. Steve, you ought to be ashamed.

Steve was professional and thorough. He called promptly when he had to reschedule the initial appointment. He came out on a Saturday and fixed my roof before we had more rain. I recommend Master's Touch.

We love our new bathroom! Prior to the renovation, both of us couldn't really use the bathroom at once because of the poor layout and lack of privacy. The workers were very courteous and punctual and performed quality work. Steve offered us great design options and really listened to what we wanted for the space. We will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors and hope to use his services again!

I contacted Steve for a bid to re-roof a 1964 residence that had obviously suffered from many roof leaks over the years. An addition to the home had created a problematic valley that channeled water to a low, weak spot that was not properly flashed. It was a mess. Steve knew just what to do to address all the problems. He was communicative throug hout the process, always answering his phone anytime I called. The work was done when he said it would be. Problems were fixed. He worked with my plumber to vent the newly moved water heater and addressed all of my concerns throughout the process. Will definitely use Steve again. Folks, this is the way it should be: easy.

Master's Touch Roofing and Remodeling is not cheap, but he's good. We used him for a variety of things.

The service was good . They completed the work in a short amount of time. We were happy with the work and the price was competitive compared to other quotes we received.
