She comes out to our house to care for our pets and I think she’s top notch!  One sometimes needs special care and she’s great with the details.  I absolutely trust her and we’ll definitely stay with her.  She’s very responsive by text message and takes very detailed notes, too.  Highly recommended!

I have relied on Suzanne for years, to care for my cat and keep an eye on my home while I am gone. She is absolutely trustworthy and professional. My cat is old and I worry about her, but knowing that Suzanne is watching her takes a huge load off of my mind.

She was professional and prompt.  Everything was very clean and orderly when we returned. Our usually timid cat warmed up to her right away!   We highly recommend her.

Everything went fine.  She came over for a preliminary visit to get acquainted with the animals.  After just a few minutes, I could tell that she definitely is an animal person and so I was at ease.  
She came in when requested and left notes to tell me what she experienced with the cats on those particular days. I really liked that.
I would use her again without hesitation.  Awesome.

Anytime I've had Loving Hands (which has been often over the past years) I am confident that my animals will be tended to, and this time was no different. I called Suzanne a week or so before we were leaving for a 3 day getaway after the holidays. She and Janice were readily available. In fact a few days after I called her and scheduled, I had to call back and change the dates. No problem. Two visits on day one, three visits on day two and two visits on day three. My house was neat and tidy when I got home. No mess or paw prints on the floor. The two dogs had obviously been played with and were calm and relaxed after the intial greetings. The cat was in his room where I asked him to be with clean litter and food and water freshly poured, and he was friendly and happy. Even the bird was fully watered and seeded. Everything was good. Mail was on the table. Nothing more I could have asked for.

We have been using Loving Hands Pet Service for several years.  Suzanne and Janice do a fantastic job of keeping my two crazy dogs happy and content, with play time, and alot of attention.  There's even the occasional walk when time permits. The cat who was a rescue cat, gets freaky anywhere near a boarding kennel, but is all about cuddling when we return from a trip after Loving Hands has been there. The bird just sings all the time, but I'm always pleased to find fresh water and food in the bowl.  No ignoring any detail with this service.  We've had to ask that plants be watered in the summer, and we're always grateful to come home and find that our expensive hanging baskets are tended, and the yard is free of dog doo.  They do a very very good job. Very good people for a very good rate.  I wouldn't want to have to make any changes to my chosen way of pet boarding.  We even get notes that are written daily to tell us how the days of care went. 

Suzanne always responds promptly to our requests for her services. She is also available on her cellphone so I can be reassured that everything is OK while we are away. She is dependable and I trust her with my home and my pet.

Very well. She obviously loves pets, and is very good with them. Our dog is quite shy and insecure, but she was able to get our dog to go with her and trust her while she was alone in our house.

The cats and our house were fine when we returned, and she left a list of visits and services performed. We have used her several times and are always pleased with her work. I just called her again for our vacation next week.

She is a member of pet sitters international. She is insured and bonded. She will also do it no only in-home but will also walk the dog outside of the home. A+!
