Phillip and his team were communicative, prompt, and professional. They explained what they were going to do and where I could save money. Their design and recommendations were spot on. I even added to the scope before they were finished.

Don really rescued me this time. I called him in to evaluate a mess left by a landscaping company last year. Work on the sprinkler system was left undone and half-done by another company. Don just jumped right in, as usual. To evaluate the system and determine the "fix" took patience and experience...and it took a lot of digging. He was not only efficient but good-natured. He accomodated my dogs by assuring the gate was closed at all times so there were no escapes. He even set the timing and rates on the controller and gave me instructions on the best method of watering in our drought. I have used him previously and will use him again. Pricing was very reasonable.

Don has excellent customer service. He arrived exactly on time, went right to work and quickly found the source of the leak I reported. While testing my system after replacing the leaking valve, he discovered 2 other problems caused by my water softener installation from the previous week and fixed those as well - a cracked pipe in one area and rocks in the lines causing a broken solenoid in another area. He was thorough in his explanations of the problems and his repairs.

It was very well done and fairly well priced.

I phoned them. They scheduled an appointment to come to my property within two days. They showed up and did the work during a time when I was not even at home. When I got home later that day, everything was fixed. They sent me a bill. I paid it. I was 100 percent satisfied.
