We are happy and disappointed with this situation. The technician was a very nice young man, but he made some mistakes during the installation that caused minor flooding while we were out of town. They were very sympathetic and fixed the problem immediately. They also replaced the carpeting that was damaged. Even though there were mistakes made, they really tried hard to make up for it.
