Laura has been a fantastic advocate for our family.  We have worked with her to purchase one home, sell another home, and she continues to keep a lookout for us on rental properties meeting specific criteria that we have set.
The best example I can give of Laura's diligence is the purchase of our current home.  We met with Laura before we started our search and discussed in detail what we wanted in a new home and neighborhood.  We told her what we didn't like about former homes, what we wish we'd had, required features, and things that didn't matter.  Laura pulled various reports to identify homes that matched our criteria, and personally went to visit the homes ahead of time to see first-hand if they would meet our needs.  She ruled out some, and when we got together to look at houses, she took us first to the house that she thought would be our new home.  And it was PERFECT!  She also showed us a few other homes that met our needs, but we bought the house that she originally recommended in the end.  Ironically, this house did not show up in our own searches because the MLS had an error making the $/sft way over market and there were no photographs.  But by visiting the house ahead of time she was able to find us a fantastic deal on an amazing property.  Laura also helped us with pre-qualification for financing, and provided support and consultation as we negotiated a few changes with the builder before purchase. 
Laura also did a fabulous job selling our prior home, helping us understand the market conditions, running multiple searches to understand where we should price (we received higher $/sft than expected) hiring a stager to ensure that the house was positioned perfectly for a quick sale.  We had tried to sell this same house previously and failed, but Laura sold it in just a couple of weeks.
We also receive periodic updates from Laura on rental properties.  She has setup custom searches for us and when properties show up that meet our criteria, she reaches out and helps us schedule time to look at the properties and evaluate their feasibility.
I could not be more pleased with the services that Laura provides.
