They are really good. I have been there before. My car was making a weird smoky smell so I took it in and I needed oil change as well so that is what I ended up paying for. Some sort of classic toy had gotten into my car. It was burning and that is what was making the smoking smell. They just took it out and charged me for it.

I was very impressed with everything about this place. They were professional and had their act together. Their facility was clean and there was a convenient waiting area. After they looked at my tire, they showed me why it needed to be replaced and not fixed, and recommended a good tire. Also, they did not try to sell me a whole set of 4 tires instead.

They do a good job. They are professional.

This company is very prompt and quick with its service, but it doesn't seem like your are talking to experts. They recommended service($800) that after taking the car to the dealer where we get regular service was not needed. Tires are tires, but they seem a little on the high side, price-wise. They are convenient to our house, though which was why we chose them at first.

I went in on a weekday afternoon and was greeted pleasantly. They got to work on my car quickly while I waited in their clean and comfortable lobby. About half way through, the manager came out with a list of things they wanted to bring to my attention. They let me know my upper and lower radiator hoses were original equipment and past due for replacement. They also let me know my battery tested low and recommended replacement within the next six months. They also mentioned my wiper blades were badly cracked and would not have passed the state inspection. We discussed all these potential problems, but I never felt like I was being pressured into having any work completed immediately. Since it was late, I thanked them for their input but declined to have additional work completed that day. They input the quotes they gave me into their computer, so they would be recorded if I decided to return for these services. In all, I was only there one hour. My only complaint is that they must have spilled some oil somewhere, because for two weeks I could smell a bit of burning oil after driving my car.
