Overall, the experience has been good. Their lobby is very comfortable; they have coffee and free wi-fi, so I can work while I wait. They'll pick up the vehicle if the vehicle is close, then drop it off once the work is done, then I just give them a credit card number over the phone. They also match prices on things, too. I haven't had any problems.

They did a very good job. However, they were initially trying to get me to do something that wasn't completely necessary. Otherwise, they were fast, and fixed the problem.

I contacted them by phone and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I initially called to have my car inspected and they were out of inspection stickers that day. He asked me for my timeline to get the inspection done, and since I wanted it to be done that day, he suggested I check with someone else since I was in a hurry. I did go to another shop, but I was so impressed by his honesty that I ended up sending my son over to get his car inspected. They took great care of him and got him in and out withinh an hour. Very quick service and a nice waiting area.

They care about vehicles. They do not talk me into any of the more expensive processes and try to get my vehicle out of there in the best condition possible at the least cost possible. They tell me what I can save on and what needs to be done immediately. They have always been honest with me. I go to them whenever I have any questions to be answered regarding cars.

I was told that I needed four new tires because "they were old." When I noted that the tires had passed their safety inspection last month and only had about 35,000 miles on them, I was told that while they had over the minimum tread required for inspection, "tires just get old and things like dry rot begin to set in." They also inspected my brakes and told me that the front brakes were "metal to metal" with no brake pad left. The salesman showed me with a flashlight, but just as I leaned forward to look, he diverted my attention to the tires and I began to suspect all was not quite right. A few days later, I took the car to the dealer and they told me that the brakes were fine and I could use two front tires because they were worn. The rear tires were fine.

They are pretty professional and their prices are in the middle. They're not the cheapest but not too expensive. They give a clear explanation of what's wrong and how to fix it.

The service was good overall. There were no problems with the service and the attendant did not try to upsale me, as many of these quick service places do. The wait was a little longer than average compared to other quick service places I've been, but otherwise problem free. The price I paid was based on a coupon offered in a local flier.
