They stand behind there work and come back to resolved any issue. After 4 years there's no leak. They're very nice to work with, very accommodating and responsive.

Purchased a deal package from Angie's list to inspect the house roof. Made an appointment from the company's website. It took a couple weeks to get back with me to schedule the inspection day. The person came punctually on time. The person climbed to the roof using his ladder. It took about 30-40 mins to review overall result. Reported the result in person by conversation (no paper report).

Kevin inspected inside and out, took photos so I could understand what he was saying, and explained that part of the roof was installed incorrectly but that unless the leak occurred during a "normal" rain, we would be fine. If that happened, that meant there was a problem and to call him again. The roof is about 20 years old, he said, but still holding. I now know how to judge the next leak (or non-leak), and if we ever must replace the roof would call Kevin's very gladly. These are good people to deal with and I'm glad I know them.

They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered. Their crew was fast, respectful and cleaned up everything after they finished. Overall, Im very impressed with this company and would recommend them - and hire them again.

Kevin came to our house exactly at the scheduled time and did a complete roof inspection. He found the exposed flashing nails needing new caulking and completed the job in 15 minutes. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and if we ever need our roof replaced he will be the one we call to do the job. We are very very happy with Kevin's service.

It was so-so. They didn't really do a whole lot on the back door but they still charged me. The additional work was $250. They could have tried to get to my project in a more timely manner and not overcharge me. The price was a little high. He just walked around a couple of placed and that was it. That cost me $89. That could have been done for $50. When they finally said they were going to be here, they showed up on time. It was difficult in getting them to show up. They were professional.

It went very well. The repair was done in a timely and efficient manner. Personnel were punctual, pleasant and let us know when they arrived and when they were finished. I didn't realize that Kevin's Glass and Roofing were registered with Angie's List.

I had my roof totally replaced 5 years ago after a hail storm. Kevin's Glass and Roofing replaced the roof and I noticed a few things recently that I wanted to have inspected. Tim showed up on time, addressed my questions, and did some preventative caulking etc. Great company to work with.

Our roof was leaking. With all the rain we had in the spring. He came and inspected roof and found one of our flange had come up and it just needed to be put in place. Inspected our entire roof. We would hire them again. Good company!!

They were courteous and expeditious in getting it done. They cleaned up well and the workers were not using foul language or being disrespectful of our property. They were very gracious. The work took about 2 and half days to complete.

They did a great job, All work done to complete satisfaction, cleaned up all debris from the old roof removal and the work from the new installation. The quality of the shingles recommended looks great and is recognized as high quality by the insurance industry.

Hail storm occurred on 3/20/2103. Called my insurance agent and was provided three roofing contractors. Read Angie's List of reviews and spoke to BBB. Settled on Kevin's Glass and Roofing (KGR).
KGR estimator came out next day after I called for an estimate. KGR estimator provided an initial estimate for roof and gutter repair. I asked the KGR estimator if KGR would act as a "general contractor" for repair of the patio cover and received an immediate positive response. I did not want to deal with two contractors as the work would overlap.
Insurance adjustor came to home within five days of providing insurance company with KGR estimate. Insurance company wrote the first check on same day. I had to deal with my mortgage company throughout the entire process as they demanded to keep the insurance money and distribute same after their "inspector" reviewed work as it was completed.
KGR completed the roof removal/installation in approximately six hours on the scheduled day. The gutter removal/installation also was completed on the scheduled day.
The patio contractor is another story, which does not reflect on the work of KGR.

Kevin came and looked at the damage, sent a crew (same day) and bingo, the job was done. (I already had a leftover bundle of shingles that matched) Everyone was friendly and no damage was done using ladders or other equipment. Looks so good I can't tell where the damage was.
