I cannot say enough great things about Kevin. He installed our new A/C system a few years ago and helped us apply for rebates that cut the price in half. He does not cut any corners, believe me and he genuinely cares about your opinion of his work. He is timely and trustworthy. I called him to remove all of the AC ducts and connections. He cut the other bid I had in half AND serviced the A/C he installed for free. He did a great job and worked around our busy schedule. Our A/C has been running perfectly and our electricity bill is much lower. I don't have to keep looking for another A/C guy. Kevin is the best.

I called Kevin to fix the heater downstair on 12/7/201. He replaced an ignite and charged me $170,  After he fixed the downstair heater, the upstair heater was not working at all! It was extremely cold that night , my roommates and I couldn't sleep at all!!!!  I called Kevin again to fix the upstair heater ASAP,  he didn't come out till the next day morning, he turned off then on the heater and told me nothing wrong with the upstair heater.  Well, the upstair heater was working fine before you messed with it!!!   Now my upstair AC  is not blowing cold air,  I found KD Air Pro on Angie's List," We do a flat rate. $69 for a trip charge. No overtime charge on night or weekend. $20 for Angie's list members TACLB28296E"I called Kevin to see if he could come out and check the AC  ( I called Kevin again coz of the Angie's List  $20 price )  but he said he was too busy and told me to get someone else to do it, then he hung up on me.
 Would you hire this A/C Tech? No!!!

"Thank you for his comment. But the story he said it was not right . He (the member) called me many time for a free estimate and I offered a free diagnostic with repair. So he call other companies, then latter that night he call me again. I went to his house to trouble shoot and replace a part that had failed on the downstair unit. Seven hours later at five am in the morning the next day, He call me and said the unit upstairs is not working. I did the repair on the downstairs unit only. I did not touch the upstairs unit, but he keeped blaming the failure of the upstairs unit on me and screaming on the phone and order me to go fix it now. I went to his house at 8:00 that morning and I just turned the thermostat off and back on and set the temp to reset the system and the unit was working. Three months after that happen He is call me again for a cooling problem. He started yelling on the phone and claiming I did something to his unit and wanted me to come and fix it. I told him for 15 minutes I was busy and I coould not go to his house. He keeped calling me to go to his house to repair it? I didn't want to have this happen again and him blame me for more issues. I lost phone signal when we were talking then he sent me a text message and threatened to file a complaint with TDLR, BBB and Angie's list and make up a story to ruin my bussines. I thought I did nothing wrong and I don't know why he is upset like that. I did not charge him overtime for going out at night and didn't charge when I went back to look the unit I did not touch. What can I do to make him happy??"

My house had a fire due to the lightning strike. Farmers insurance paid for the new replacement of the new A/C unit, furnace, duct works, and exhaust fans and vents. From a recommendation of a friend and thorough background checks ( licensed, insured & bonded), I hired KD Airpro, a family owned HVAC company in Austin, to do the work. The whole process was a pleasant experience! From the start, owner Kevin, responded promptly and went over the details of the plan and timetable. KD AirPro emphasized quality of work and long-term savings. KD AirPro recommended the ranges of quality a/c unit, furnace, other materials, and rebates so that I could save money in the long run such as repairs and energy efficiency. KD AirPro designed and re-routed the duct networks, new air-returned locations, and grills so that a/c & heat distributed efficiently in the house. All of the works met the deadlines and complied with the codes of city of Austin. They went beyond the scope of the work to weatherize the house. My a/c & heater run so quiet now. My neighbors were so impressed with the work that they hired KD AirPro to repair their a/c & heater since theirs were also effected by the lighting strike. They were also please with KD AirPro services and gave positive comments. I recommended KD AirPro to a co-worker of mine and he too hired KD AirPro installing new A/C & furnace units for his house.
