John did an excellent job!! Got the job done, was very friendly and even offered to adjust the hot water settings in our home because he noticed our water was a little too hot/could be dangerous. Very nice guy, excellent price for service. Will call again for future plumbing needs!

I asked for an estimate to repair the stopper in my bathtub.  John told me what it would take and about how long.  Since it required access that would have to be cut out of the dry wall, I opted to wait on that service.  My kitchen sink had been acting up since I had another plumbing company come by and run a camera in my line.  John repaired the clean out gasket that was worn and cracked and then snaked the line to clear the obstruction.  It runs great now and the clean out is no longer leaking.  He is upfront in telling you what work is needed, and he identified and fixed the problem right away.

It went very well. The prices are very reasonable.

My wife and I were interested in a tankless water heater, we called John for an estimate. He talked me through the install process over the phone and then came out the next day for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about the tankless and answered all of our questions. We decided to go with a traditional system but asked John to move the tank to a new location. He was very accommodating of our request and explained clearly the challenges and costs of the new location. Once we were agreed, he got started on the work. He worked in our garage for most of the day, and I could hardly tell he was out there, except when he turned the water on and off. The new plumbing lines were arranged in a very neat and orderly way, his work cleaned up some ugly piping work that had been installed with the old water heater. He is meticulous and neat, cleaning up everything after he finished. I have more plumbing work I need done and I will certainly call John.

He is extremely professional. He kept his word. He was always on time and very friendly. He was very easy to work with. We knew that we could trust him. We have just the same respect for his helper, Eric. They were both very professional and amiable. They advised us in light of what we wanted. They let us know if it was a good idea or not.

When our water line broke, it was a real mess and John came right over when we called and he saved us a lot of money. There were two routes we could have gone to fix the problem and John figured out the way which was just as effective, but cost us less than half what the other method would have involved. He is honest, fair, and really knows what he is doing. I would recommend him highly.
