I called JC Electrical because I had disabled an old wired alarm system and wanted some of the loose wires to be removed or capped. I was extremely happy with my experience with them. Tammy was wonderful at setting up the appointment and explaining the price in advance. Joe showed up on time, worked quickly, and did an excellent job--he even discovered a part of the old alarm system hidden behind an object that had been overheating for a long time and posed a fire hazard. They charge a very fair price, too. I would definitely recommend JC Electrical to anyone.

Very satisfied with all aspects of the service. Technicians arrived right on time, checked to be sure all parts needed for replacement of ceiling fan and installation of light fixture were there, immediately started working, finished promptly and cleaned up all work areas, including removing old ceiling fan to the garage.

No issues, prompt services. By phone was quoted higher price initially 500-600, but did not require repair to one light as it was due to a child turning off ceiling fan light. I'm not sure about the way they determine pricing scale because work was done quickly so it must be per item. The tech asked me what I thought a fair price was and it threw me off knowing how to respond. I ended up asking him to just tell me what to pay and this is the price he charged.

Highly recommend JC Electrical Services. Jeremy and Joe came out last week to my home to do some repairs with my breaker. The one I purchased was not a good fit and I went back to the original. JC Electrical Services was excellent and supported my efforts to try to make the one I purchased (before calling them) work, but it was not a good fit. They helped me with the old removal and the new installation and were excellent to deal with, very professional, polite and I knew at all times when they would be here and what I would pay.

Jeremy was the only one out of eight electricians that I called that got back in touch with me. He talked me through possible problems and solutions, but determined a service call was needed to repair. He scheduled me in ASAP and problem was fixed in 48 hours.

We had our LED lights installed over a year ago and still absolutely love them. Jason was very professional and upfront. He even came across a faulty outlet in the living room during the process and he fixed it for free. We're already looking for more places to install these lights....

Sometime during the last round of storms an outdoor circuit quit functioning. I tried resetting the GFCI outlets and that didn't solve the problem. Called on Monday, June 6 and Sarah (I think that is right, if not please accept my apology) scheduled an appointment for the next day and then coached me on a few other things to try to see if I could resolve the problem myself and save $225.00 minimum service fee. She said if the steps fixed it to call back and cancel and otherwise someone would be out between 10:00 and 12:00 the next day. Her suggestions didn't solve the problem. The next morning Jeremy, a master electrician, checked in before 10:00 and arrived about 9:30. We walked through the problem and he went to work diagnosing. Figured out that something, he suspects lightning, had completely fried the outlets but hadn't damaged the circuit. He replaced 3 GFCI outlets, checked the panel and made sure everything was working and made a few adjustments there. It took him about an hour, he was very informative, very professional, and positively cheerful! I gave a "B" on price because of the $225.00 minimum charge but in fairness I haven't had any electrical work of this nature done in a while and don't know how that compares to other providers. A definite "A" and JC Electrical and Jeremy are now my electricians.
