 + -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE EMPLOYEES FROM J AND M ELECTRONICS. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM AND HOW THEY COULD CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THE COST WAS REASONABLE AND I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Description of Work: THE TECHNICIAN FOUND THAT WE HAD A PROBLEM IN OUR ALARM SYSTEM. HE DID A DIAGNOSTIC TEST OF THE SYSTEM AND FOUND THAT THE BACK SENSOR WAS NOT COMMUNICATING WITH THE MAIN STATION. HE ORDERED A NEW PC BOARD AND OUR PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED.
