Fantastic. Eduardo is wonderful.

My husband and I have lived through many remodels and worked with many contractors. Eduardo is simply THE BEST. He is reliable, punctual, thoughtful, patient, and has the skills of an angel! From the outset, he listened to what we wanted and helped us to refine the design. Throughout the project he was available by email and telephone. He was generous with his time and met with us several times to make sure we approved of the design, materials and finishes at each stage. There was never a travel charge.

There were several times when the measurements and materials did not work out as planned and Eduardo carefully thought out a satisfactory resolution. For example, when we were deciding upon an exhaust fan over the range, we did not want an off the shelf vent hood under the 12" upper cabinets. Eduardo was able to locate a complete unit that would fit into the upper cabinet and designed a clear reflector pane to keep any wayward spatters from the stove top from hitting the cabinet doors.

Eduardo does not use subcontractors. However, when wanted a recycled glass counter top that required installation by a sole source provider and Eduardo coordinated it all beautifully! He was available to meet the schedule dictated by that provider, even showing up early on a Saturday!

Eduardo is a joy to work with - we have already signed up to do our bathroom next year!

I had Eduardo do a kitchen and bath in my previous home a few years ago and when I got ready to do this kitchen I didn't even consider using anyone else.  He listens to what you want done, offers options, and respects your ideas.  I'm in no way a designer so really appreciated his suggestions.  He does most of the work himself but through the whole project I think there were only two evenings that my kitchen was not totally usable and that was just the sink waiting for the garbage disposal.  He is very busy, be patient, it's worth the wait.  Plus, he's a really nice guy.  I Love my kitchen!

I scheduled the remodel with Eduardo and had to wait quite a while, but the wait was worth it.  I have a lovely new master bath.

Eduardo is truly a talented craftsman. He is very organized, and he is very professional.

This was the easiest remodel I have ever done. Eduardo was never absent from the job without letting me know; he had a plan and worked consistently; and he gave me plenty of notice for my ordering of tile, fixtures, etc. He was very patient with my occasional delay on making decisions. He provided many good suggestions from both a function and aesthetic standpoint. I was very comfortable having him in my home.

To top it all off, he is a very nice person.

He will be my first choice for future projects.

Everything went very well. Ed does about 99% of the work himself and so the job took longer than most other contractors promised but I would not have had it any other way. His attention to detail and quality is paramount. When my wife and I would find something that we didn't like or were not sure of, he would listen, even play devils advocate at times to help us come up with the perfect plan. He would push back on some of our ideas which we were glad because we needed protection from our own ideas at times. 
Everyday the work site was left clean and organized. 
We plan to hire him again to do our bathroom.

Eduardo did a fantastic job.    His work is exceptional in quality.  He is very detail oriented.  He goes to great lengths to leave as much of the kitchen as possible usable after he leaves for the day.  I think we were without the stove for maybe 1 day.  He cleans up thoroughly every day when he leaves and uses plastic sheeting extensively to keep the dust down. 
He previously remodeled 2 bathrooms for us.  Did a great job on both of them.

Ed is wonderful to deal with. He is honest and always focused on quality outcomes. He came when he said he would be here and we could not be more pleased with the work. We recommend him highly and without reservation.

There is no better contractor than Eduardo. He not only met but exceeded our expectations. This was the second bathroom that he has remodeled for us. Ed is a consummate professional with more patience that you could expect from any contractor. He came out and answered any and all of our questions and did so with a smile and great attitude. All of his work has exceeded our expectations.
The first project was to convert the old and outdated bathrooms in our parents condo to a stand up shower in the main bathroom and upgrade the master bathroom from a fiberglass insert to a tile installation. The toilets were also replaced with new ones and the master bath received a new vanity. I met Ed at the tile store to pick out tile for the job. Material cost was an issue and he was very respectful and helpful when it came to controlling the expense. The main bathroom actually had a toilet that was facing towards the shower and Ed was able to correct this issue that had been a problem since the unit was built in the 70s. The remainder of the job went very well and Ed is a highly skilled artisan when it comes to the subject of remodeling. We were amazed at the transformation that the two bathrooms underwent.
The second project was a bit out of the ordinary for most contractors. We asked Ed if he might be willing to help us assemble an enclosure for our spa that we had ordered from Canada. We wanted something to keep our expensive spa out of the elements and give it shelter from the often harsh storms that we sometimes get here in Texas. We didn't know any other contractors up to the challenge and Ed agreed to help us with the project. We cannot express enough how lucky we were to have Ed's help on this. The directions were not very well written and his insight into general building procedures proved invaluable when it came to putting that monstrosity together. The finished product turned out great and we have received quite a few complements on it since.
The last project that Ed did was a barn door style privacy divider for my father's main bathroom at his condo. Ed matched the door to all of the current cabinet finishes and ordered and installed the custom door and mounting hardware. We had originally envisioned a cheaper grade IKEA type curtain to accomplish this task and what Ed put together was well beyond anything that we could have envisioned. 
We cannot recommend Ed's work enough. We have some remodel projects in the future that will require his attention. He usually has a full slate of projects but he is one of those rarities that is well worth the wait.

Ed is exceptionally polite and great to work with. We had to wait several months since he works alone and his jobs take time. He is very conscientious about keeping the work area clean and cleans up every day. Ed has a great eye for design and was very helpful advising us on the installation. His european waterproofing system is impressive.
The only area that we want other reviewers to know is that the job may take longer than originally estimated. Our estimate was 7-10 days and the job took about 20. That said, you know you have a quality craftsman when each tile is cut individually, placed and then the next tile is cut.
We would definately use Ed again and are glad that he works solo. Nice to have strangers in the home.

After interviewing a few contractors, we chose Ed based upon the Angie's list reviews, his presentation and his personality.  We were not disappointed.
Working with Ed was a breeze.  He is very attentive and gave us time whenever we needed to answer questions, discuss a possible modification,etc.  He is just very easy to work with.  On top of that, he's a really, really nice guy. Also, Ed is not just a contractor, he does most of the work himself and is extremely skilled at what he does. The level of workmanship in our bathroom is nothing short of exceptional. He is meticulous in both his work and keeping the workspace (and adjoining rooms) clean.  Every day when he was done working, Ed cleaned up and left the space uncluttered and dust free - amazing.
Of course, since he is so good, he's typically booked 6+ months out, so you need to schedule accordingly, but his work is definitely worth the wait.
We highly recommend Ed and his work. In fact, we liked our bathroom so much we got on his calendar for another project immediately.

As a very picky customer, I can say with confidence that Ed is picky too. He is a consummate professional. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered suggestions, and made certain we were happy with every aspect of his work. In fact, after installing new soft-close hinges for our kitchen cabinet doors, he chose to take them all down and replace the hinges with a slightly different size, making the doors fit together just a little better. The tilework on the fireplace is as good as it gets. Thanks, Ed!

Ed is amazing. It could not have gone better. He was very attentive, answered all of our questions and there were many. He actually listened and did not try to push is personal preferences on us. if he felt strongly about something, he would tell us to consider it.
He was well organized, on time and very helpful. I would not go anywhere else for future projects and I suggest you dont as well.
The previous reviews were right. You owe it to yourself to at least call Ed. You wont be sorry.

Eduardo was very precessional from the initial interview and estimate through the completion of the project. He was the third estimate that we got for the project and he came in very close to the others--given that price of materials vary according to the individual selections. Why we decided to go with Eduardo, was the fact that he does the entire project himself. This being our third major remodeling project in the last five years, we were not looking forward to dealing with sub contractors again and feeling as if we were intruders in our own home for the length of the remodel. Eduardo does not need any supervision. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the work and helped to guide us in the selection of vendors, both local and online, to insure that we got value for the price. His sense of design and ability to communicate his vision was invaluable, as this was a total tear out and a bit daunting for us. His is wonderful to work with. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. He cleans up the project site daily before he leaves and we never felt as if our life was in total disarray or our house a mess during his time with us. We love the result and are so grateful for all of his help. So much so, that he will be doing our Master Bath this coming year. If you chose Eduardo, do not rush him as he is a perfectionist. Eduardo came in the summer to give an estimate on the remodel and indicated at the time that he had several projects ahead of mine. Just before Christmas we began to talk about decisions (tile in particular). He suggested options, places to look, etc., and his guidance was quite helpful. Once the project started it went very smoothly. He began the work at the end of January and was there every day until the bathroom was ready to use (approx two months). A number of things came up over the course of the project and Eduardo provided options and information. He was unfailingly polite, professional, and a complete perfectionist. A couple of the vendors I dealt with (tile and mirror) were quite effusive in their admiration and respect for Eduardo. One asked, "Did you have to wait a year?" I couldn't be happier with the results and i highly recommend this excellent contractor.

I selected Eduardo to remodel a small guest bath because he really listened to and understood what I wanted to accomplish. The remodel included: removing the fiberglass tub and surround and replacing it with a new tub and tile surround; installing plumbing fixtures, new cabinet, new toilet; and replacing the tile floor. There was a lot of prep work associated with the tub replacement and Eduardo handled it meticulously, explaining every step as he went along. I wanted to keep the project within a certain budget and he was able to guide me to tile, cabinet, plumbing fixture, and hardware selections that look nice but did not break the bank. Eduardo completed the job by himself. He was considerate of my time, worked quietly, and cleaned up the site every day before leaving. I have total confidence in Eduardo’s work, and the bathroom looks great!

Eduardo is the ultimate professional, always checking in to make sure I approve every detail. The job site is immaculate throughout the project even for extremely dusty and disruptive work as this job has included. He knows where to point me to look at products on line that have great prices. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are a sheer delight. 

It went very well, and he was a very fine work.  We really liked him. They were also very professional and very reasonable.

Overall it was a great experience. Eduardo did all the work himself with the exception of the granite countertops for which he coordinated the installation. He was very responsive to questions and helpful in selecting materials/colors. He is very professional and does quality work with attention to detail. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend him to others.

This was a fantastic experience. Eduardo helped me figure out what kind of tile to get, picked it up and installed it. He made excellent suggestions regarding the trim and grout color in the two bathrooms, which I really appreciate. I am picky, and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of his workmanship, his attitude and his work ethic. Thank-you!

IQ Remodeling was absolutely fantastic! He is meticulous and he does exactly what he says he will when he says he will. He follows up very well and gives good suggestions if you want them.

Ed was able to finished the remodeling part of work in one week in May. Then we had to wait till late August when he was available to work on our house again. The interior painting and repairs were finished in three weeks.
