IN CHARGE ELECTRICAL SERVICE

Joe K and his assistant Albert arrived at the scheduled time.  Joe K had been out previously to gather information for an estimate.  They were very careful to not track any dirt or insulation in my home.  They always wore shoe protectors.  Joe K explained the work they planned to perform and started work immediately.  They ran the wire and installed the outlet box and the breakers.  They did not damage my ceiling or walls in any manner.  When finished they cleaned up and thanked me for using In Charge Electric.  Joe K is very knowledgable and experienced.  I highly recommend him and In Charge Electric.  The work was performed in an excellent and professional manner.  The installation cost was half of one estimate and only slightly higher than another.

Excellent: asked what we wanted to do, where, etc.. Performed work quickly and efficiently. Only caveat: be sure you communicate exactly what you want the first time.. Price seemed high but investigation revealed that was the going rate for service from any reliable company in the area. Price may have increased since this service was performed. This company also did all the elec. work in our new home construction.

This was electrical warranty work so there was no charge. They met my expectations and everything went fine. They were very clean, left no mess and there were very personable young man that did the work; he seemed to know what he was doing and I was completely satisfied.

Estimates, scheduling, and frequent coordination were excellent. We used In Charge last year to assemble two fans and move/install two other fans with made a good impression. The employee appeared on time and was neat and courteous. He completed the work in less than 30 minutes and asked for a brush and vacuum cleaner to clean up the debris.
