They came out quickly to give a quote. Saw that there were only 2 shingles that were blown off so he just replaced them for us and also took care of an exposed nail. He didn’t charge us for the quick repair.

Inspection - Roofing - For Business
After the recent storms/hail we had, I called Hytek to perform a roof inspection. To my surprise, roof damage was at a minimum and I didn't need to file a claim with my insurance. Allot of other roofing companies would not of been so honest. It's good to know that there are companies out there who are still honest, dependable and trustworthy. Responded to my request for service very fast and came out that day. He did a quick inspection and found that the issue was very small and took care of everything. I highly recommend this company. John and his crew were first rate. From start to finish, removed old roof, prepped and installed new shingles in 1 day. I left to go to work at 9:00 am, the materials were delivered @ 8 am and Hytek roofers showed up at 8:30, they prepped the disposal dumpster as I left for work, my daughter called me to report they swarmed the house and the demolition began....When I arrived home at 3pm, the roofers were almost done, and It looked great! The driveway and yard were cleaned up when my husband returned home that evening. The next morning Hytek’s gutter people installed my replacement gutters & downspouts , my yard and driveway were pristine. Clean, efficient and reliable! Thanks John and the entire Hytek crew!

John is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with. He was very professional throughout the project and responded promptly to texts and emails. He was very helpful in providing suggestions for roof tiles that would complement my home; yet was conscientious of my budget parameters. Estimates were detailed and thorough. He quickly communicated any changes or delays. When completed, the roof looked first class and the area was thoroughly cleaned. I would definitely recommend John Soleil and Hytek Builders to anyone looking for a quality roofing contractor.

John is a professional, from the start John did not try to up sell anything. He told me what I needed to have done now and what could wait if that was what I wanted. One I made a decision to go with John he had me scheduled within a week. We did have to delay a week because of the weather because John didnt want to have my gutters off and start the roof replacement with the rain coming. I apreciated him looking out for my interest and property. His crew worked efficiently and where very courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

John and his crew did an excellent job, even when I had a small melt down. John was professional and understanding of my anxiety and addressed my concerns. The only reason for the missing half a star is I thought a couple of the small delays (replacing a sky light and ordering shingles) might have been addressed better. I do not hesitate to recommend Hytek Builders.
