Hot Tub Rehab

Did the "move" part well (although 3 hours late to pick-up site), and has a great "spa dolly" to handle spa moves carefully. However, did not follow through on installation at time ("too dark"), did not respond to follow-up request, but still charged full price (which was to have included the hook-up). I would still recommend Steve et al. for moving a tub, but be clear on services to be performed, pricing, etc., as the level of professionalism and accountability is not "A-Rated."

Steven scheduled us for the day after I called. He called before arriving, and within one hour had it fixed and working properly.

From the initial call to when the job was complete I knew all that would need to be done and our leak was repaired less than an hour. Turns out it was caused from a field mouse chewing through a hose and making a home. I paid no more than the 75.00 service call. We have referred Hot Tub Rehab to other friends and all were happy with the quality of work and most of all honesty.
