Not Well - I think they have scammed a lot of people If they are out of business then say so. They should take down the web-site, and get off Angie's list or I should stop using Angie's list

I needed my roof replaced. They gave me an estimate for $4500. After the job was completed it ended up being $4500, not a penny over the estimate. Our roof looks great, they got the job done in one day.

Overall, it went well. The salesman communicated the status well. The foreman could have done a better job at telling us what was happening and what problems they found. The gutter worker was good. Cleanup was OK but not "perfect."

A friend recommended them to me. I haven't had a chance to look at the work yet. Everything looked fine from the ground. I haven't been on the roof to actually check it out.

After we signed the contract, Heritage Home Services called to setup a time to do the job and deliver the roofing material. After we setup a time, we realized we had forgotten if we had specified a certain option on the shingle. It was a day before the shingles were supposed to arrive, but Heritage Home Services was able to get the change made and our preferred shingle delivered. Everything and everyone showed up as scheduled. We were told the job would take 1 1/2 days, and that's how long it took. There was a discrepancy in the number of squares they had estimated and how many it took to cover the roof (their estimate was a little short), but they didn't charge us any extra. They did a thorough job cleaning up after the job was complete. Because of the great job they did on our roof we are now having them replace our gutters damaged in the hail storm.

They did a very good job the best thing about them is that they came when I called them. Another company I called never followed through with me. Heritage Home Services did the job in a very timely matter.
