I was about to have my house appraised for a refi and had 11 handyman things I needed to get done.  Some of them I could normally have done myself, but due to medical reasons was unable to do so at the time.  Handyman Dan to the rescue!  Dan came out both Saturday and Sunday mornings and took care of my list before the appraiser came Sunday afternoon.  Great work and very personable.  I highly recommend Handyman Dan!

"I'm sorry I don't show any record of a fence repair at your address. Perhaps there's a chance you hired someone else by mistake. My work vehicle is a green SUV. I don't do large fence jobs and refer poeple to seek a contractor if the post is snapped off at the base because I don't have a jackhammer. I do repair pickets, reattach panels and repair gates. Dan was on time and very efficient and professional. He repaired the gate with new hinges and aligned it correctly. Prior to his repair, the gate was dragging the ground and was difficult to open. He even installed an anti-sag gate kit which keeps the gate from dropping at the gate latch side. Since I was very satisfied with his quality of work, I will definitely call Dan again if I have any install or repair projects.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. We set something up for when I was off work. He showed up on time. He is very meticulous with every detail so much so that it slows the job down. The outcome is great but the process takes a while to get there. I would use his services again but I should have bid out the job and not by the hour - lesson learned.

He was very good. He was on time and honest. I felt very safe around him given that he is an ex-cop. He also went out to my mother's apartment, she has been living in a retirement community, and had stuffs kind of assembled. She had him back several times after that.

We were afraid that the job could not be done without replacing the whole door and frame and were pleasantly surprised when Dan repaired the frame. His estimated time to fix the door was spot on, and he went the extra mile to help us install a new door knob and lock. He was on time, friendly and quick to finish. We are extremely happy with the results and look forward to having him come help out with future projects.
