It was wonderful! The staff is terrific - the receptionist was very upbeat and helpful. The attendant was very thorough and gentle - really took her time to be sure she did a good job. It's a very relaxing place - wonderful atmosphere, low lighting and soothing spa music. It's the first time I have ever actually started dozing off while getting my legs waxed! It was that soothing! I will definitely use them again!

Brad is WONDERFUL!!!! His massages are incredible from both a therapeutic and relaxation perspective. He's the reason I keep coming back to Halina's in Round Rock, even though I have moved much further south.

The appointment was on schedule. The room for the pedicures and manicures is very small. My daughter's manicure was not done very well. Her nails were not completely painted. There is no place to sit and allow the polish to dry. All three of us smudged our nails after leaving the room.

My son enjoyed his experience.

I've been going there since the 1980's and naturally I like it a lot. I pretty much go to the same two people for my massage. I guess I liked that quite a bit. I like that they are very organized and I can make my appointment online. They have a kind of point system where you can earn points and then redeem you're points at the end of the year for free services. I will use their services again in the future.

This is the best spa experience I have ever had! Every woman who's ever had one knows how incredibly important it is to have a experienced tech administer one's Brazilian wax. Lucy at Halina's Steiner Ranch Location is exceptional. She is attentive and sensitive to her client's privacy and comfort. I'll never go to anyone but Lucy for my Brazilian again!
