My overall experience with them was great! I was referred to them by someone at my church who said they did great work on their driveway and were a good medium sized company... not too big where they'd be too expensive but not too small like a ma and pa paving business who don't offer the best quality. I contacted them at their main number and the receptionist took my information down for someone to call me back. I gave them a "B" for responsiveness because I was a little frustrated that I couldn't talk to somebody right that second. But I went ahead and left my info and a few hours later, the asphalt manager, (I think his name was Andrew) called to see what work I needed done. After asking a few questions, he arranged a time to meet me at the restaurant and our home. He was very punctual and very professional. He was able to explain all of their technical processes in plain English (apparently there are many ways to pave a driveway). He also warned of gypsies, who are quite abundant especially is the asphalt business, who offer a great price but leave you with your driveway falling apart in a few months. He made all his measurements and told me he'd get back to me with quote for both jobs. A day later he emailed me two very sharp, professional looking quotes. The one for our restaurant included a color coded aerial map showing how they would phase the sealcoat in 2 sections. Their proposals were a lot more descriptive and professional looking than the 2 other quotes I got from competitors who didn't include phasing maps. Our driveway turned out great as did our restaurant. We were the most nervous about the construction deterring our restaurant customers but their crews were very careful to provide the least interference with business. Even though most of their crew was Spanish speaking, they were very courteous nonetheless and the asphalt manager was easy to reach for any issues. Our restaurant parking lot looks brand new with the new sealcoat. I would highly recommend this company since they were very professional from the initial meeting, to the estimate, to the final follow up call to make sure we were completely satisfied. Their price was lower than the 2 other quotes we got and the final product of their work was superb.
