I am very impressed with Grande Air Solutions & am happy that I finally found an HVAC company that is reliable, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy, & works hard to earn my business. I have a new AC unit. I booked the job 4 days ago - that includes the weekend. Isael was able to have everything he needed to install this unit on my time, so he was very flexible working with my schedule. I am going to sign up for the yearly maintenance package so that my AC/heater are checked out when they are supposed to be, not every couple of years when I remember to have it done. Bonus: explains everything so that someone like me could understand & very friendly!

Excellent service. Isael was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable of not just the AC unit but with the HVAC service as a whole. Because of this experience, he explained to me the discrepancy in price and why he was more affordable than others. I would definitely call again if service is needed.

Everything went great Grande Air Solutions responded quickly and already had a good idea of what was wrong but also gave our unit a very thorough inspection and were able to fix our ac unit with a replacement capacitor on the spot. Highly recommend them because of the quick response, quick solution, fair price, and knowledgeable technician.

Isael and staff were very helpful, and Isael came within an hour after we called. He understood the urgency of the situation because it was a hot day and we needed the AC to stay on, instead of turning the unit off to keep water from coming down. Isael is also very knowledgeable and always works fast and diligently to fix the issue.
