FB showed up to take a look and said he could work on it that day. After couple hours that day, I came home to everyone done except painting. After a couple hours the next day, he got the texturing and painting done. He ran into a few problems with available materials at Home Depot and Lowes but worked out a solution and finished up with a result that both the wife and I are happy with.
