Overall it has been very satisfying. David did miss one of the quarterly treatments, and I had to call him to see what happened. He apologized and got us back on his list; hence the "B" in punctuality. He has not missed since that one time, a couple of years ago. We will continue to use him.

They treat us well and do a pretty good job. We haven't had any problems with them.

The last time I had used him, back in the spring, I told him I wanted to have him to do the extermination on a quarterly basis. After about five months, I called him to see what had happened, since he hadn't come three months after the last time. He apologized, stating that he forgot to write it down, He came out, and promised that he'd be back in three months.

I have used him one time during the summer, and I plan on using them again. We called them, and they came out the next day to treat the ants. It went very well. I am going to call them again, and I am going to set it up as a quarterly maintenance.

I have been using them for about twenty six years. They are very thorough. They are attentive and responsive. They come out once a quarter to do the pest control maintenance. They are just great.
