Ā + -1 moreOverall it has been very satisfying. David did miss one of the quarterly treatments, and I had to call him to see what happened. He apologized and got us back on his list; hence the "B" in punctuality. He has not missed since that one time, a couple of years ago. We will continue to use him.
Description of Work: I have contracted with Elo Pest Control to come out on a quarterly basis to spray for bugs. David, the owner, sprays both inside and outside, using odor free chemicals. He is easy to work with and is very thorough. In July 2011, because of the drought, we had some very small ants in the kitchen. We called him and he brought us ant baits at no cost to control them.

Ā + -1 moreThe last time I had used him, back in the spring, I told him I wanted to have him to do the extermination on a quarterly basis. After about five months, I called him to see what had happened, since he hadn't come three months after the last time. He apologized, stating that he forgot to write it down, He came out, and promised that he'd be back in three months.
Description of Work: He sprayed inside and out for roaches and ants. I am using him on a quarterly basis.

Ā + -1 moreI have used him one time during the summer, and I plan on using them again. We called them, and they came out the next day to treat the ants. It went very well. I am going to call them again, and I am going to set it up as a quarterly maintenance.
Description of Work: We used Elo Pest Control of Austin because of an ant nest that was discovered when we were having new windows installed.
