The unit went out on the weekend and we called for the service to be completed that Monday. He came out that Monday and the unit has been working like a champ since. He's dependable and honest as well.

Well, my unit might be old but so am I ! Thanks to Charles I did not throw away $5,000 plus. Call Eagle Air if you want a skilled, HONEST a/c repairman!

I like how quick they are to respond, but I don't like how they aren't responding to my request to fix my duct work issues. I'm mediochre when it comes to Eagle Air. The quality of what they do is excellent!

We have used Eagle Air in Round Rock for our home heating and A/C for over 15 years. Charles kept our old A/C unit going for many summers. He always returns my calls promptly, he is honest, and he charges a fair price. A few years ago we purchased a new unit from him and now we only see Charles twice a year--for summer and winter maintenance.

The serviceman shows up on time. He diagnoses the problem and resolves it in a timely manner and he doesn't overcharge you. He installed a programmable thermostat that I had bought from someone else and the instructions were only in Spanish and he installed it for me.

Charles was on time, fast, and extremely nice! I've used him many times in the past and have always had excellent service. His company is small and he's usually very busy but he's always my first choice. I've never had a complaint and I've used his company since 1998.

They removed all of the old air ducts from the attic and ran several new ones. They hauled all the old ones away for no extra charge. The quality of work was real good and we have no complaints about the quality of products.
