It was a nightmare, and I would never use them again. The equipment does not work as promised and is not up to industry standards. In fact, the company has to send technicians every week in efforts to fix the equipment. They don't respond to my calls or to my emails either. Furthermore, I learned that the owner was monitoring my cameras from his personal residence without my knowledge or my permission.
