Computer Sales
I had a really bad experience with Dell about a year after I bought my computer. My hard drive fried so I tried to call the customer service and they connected me to India and I talked to two different people on two different occasions. Both times they said they would have to call me back, and they never did. It left a bad taste in my mouth, whenever I get a Dell ad I immediately throw it away.
