DELL COMPUTERS

Dell has very high quality hardware and excellent software and their prices are great. They do not support their products. Several of my friends had the same experience. I threw the printer and computer in the garbage and purchased HP stuff.. HP has 24/7 phone support that works. I have used them in the middle of the night. You always get a HUMAN....

It took over a month to diagnose the problem with my computer. Technicians from India (who don't speak english very well) had me take apart my computer in order for them to diagnose the problem. They diagnosed it wrong, sent wrong parts. I wasted valuable time on the phone because they refuse to send a technician to my home. I will never buy a Dell computer again.

I have been very pleased with their customer service. They helped me to determine what would be the best for my needs. They were very informative. They helped me to find a better price, by suggesting bundles and coupons that I could use. I was very pleased.

I have had it for two years. I bought it off the web site and it was very easy. I can look around on the web site and find what I want. They have a feature on the web site where I can build my own computer and choose my features. The shipping was less than a week. I was surprised. The computer works perfectly. I have used Dell several times.

It allows you to choose the features that you need and the computer is built online for you. At the end you get the computer with everything you want and nothing left out. The laptop is working very well. I will use their services again.

DELL HELPS YOU TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR COMPUTER OVER THE PHONE, WHICH IS NICE BECAUSE YOU LEARN WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR SYSTEM AND IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS THEN YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE VERY PATIENT AND NICE. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND LEARNED HOW TO FIX CERTAIN ON MY COMPUTER AS WELL.

THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND HAVE EASY ACCESS TO THEIR WEB SITES. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A HARD DRIVE AND THEY SENT A BRAND NEW ONE ASAP AND THEN WE PURCHASED A 2ND ONE FROM THEM.

EASY, HELPFUL ON THE PHONE, COMPUTER ARRIVED WHEN EXPECTED.

EACH DELIVERY PERSON THAT CAME WAS POLITE. THE COMPUTER WAS NOT INSTALLED BY DELL, BUT BY ME!
