 + -1 moreI handed over the keys to Dan when I moved out of town in Dec 07. He got the various renovations done in time to put the house on the market by Jan 08. He put the listing on multiple web sites and magazines and reported to me weekly on the number of showings and interest the house had been generated. When we got an offer we liked (in Feb 08), Dan guided me through the negotiation process and all the way through closing in April 08.
Description of Work: I moved out of town and needed to sell my house in Round Rock in a very difficult real estate market. Dan advised me on how to get the house ready to sell and recommended quality contractors. He supervised the work, as I was out of town and kept me up to date. He has the highest level of integrity. An example of this was when one contractor did a poor job on flooring, he took personal responsibility for recommending the contractor and he hired another one to redo the work at his expense. When I was out of town, he kept an eye on my home. When storms loosened some shingles on my house, Dan fixed it promptly and communicated it to me and the buyer under contract. All in all, I couldn't be happier with Dan. He is professional, honest, responsive and very knowledgeable of the Austin and Round Rock real estate market.
