I handed over the keys to Dan when I moved out of town in Dec 07. He got the various renovations done in time to put the house on the market by Jan 08. He put the listing on multiple web sites and magazines and reported to me weekly on the number of showings and interest the house had been generated. When we got an offer we liked (in Feb 08), Dan guided me through the negotiation process and all the way through closing in April 08.
