+ -1 moreChecked a/c system as there seemed to be problem with condenser fan. He found that fan was wired to run all the time. Also, he recommended installing overflow protection switch and rerouting drain. He performed the additional repairs one month later. He was professional and on time. We would definitely call him again.
Description of Work: Review of A/C system for house we were buying and performed recommended repairs one month later.
