We were looking for our second home where our young family could grow. Cris took the time to really get to know us. He showed us a few places to get a sense of what we were looking for. His patience tempered our anxiety about missing out on the right house. After less than a week of looking, Cris found a house that was not showing up on any of the internet searches that we'd tried. He went to preview it and recommended that we take a look. Seconds after walking in we knew that it was perfect. We were standing in OUR house. Next, he walked us through the whole daunting process of purchasing the home. He explained all of the terms, recommended great service providers, and he kept us informed so that there were no surprises and most of all, no stress. He found the idyllic setting for the story of our family to unfold. Cris is not just our Realtor for life, he is now a valued friend.
