We have had almost every problem you could have with a house. We recently spent $60,000 on repairs that were never done correctly. The flashing was done wrong on the roof and caused beams to rott. The roof was also installed wrong and when the wind is strong, it blows the shingles off. We have had a tremendous amount of problems where the roof has leaked and caused black mold. The concrete was also installed incorrectly and at one point it pulled two inches away from the house. One wall actually caved in and caused so much damage to the concrete that it had to be jackhammered and redone correctly. This has been the worst experience of our lives. We ae hoping with the work we had done this summer that there will be no more needed repairs. He did try to do the right thing for a while. He did put about $80,000 of repairs into the house, but it did not complete the repairs.
I would never recommend anyone to use their services.
