 + -1 moreTerrible. I would not use this company. If this happened to me it can happen to you. There may not be anything that I can do about these floors but I want to warn others. The floors were never installed properly. I have recently called him to talk about the ongoing problems with the floors but he refuses to return my calls.
Description of Work: In January 2010, I had a water pipe bust in my home which destroyed my floors. I hired Paul Batson of Classic Floors of Texas to put new hardwood floors in my home. I agreed to use his company because he was a relative of the contractor that were repairing my house. In around February or March, Paul installed the floors through out the entire house. From day one, the floors were not laying correctly on the foundation. He did come out several times to try and fix the MANY problems but the issues were never resolved. It is now September 2016 and the floors are starting to buckle up in the hallway. In some places (like the bedroom and hallway) there are spaces where the floors should join together but the gaps expose the concrete slab of the home. I paid $7000 for the floors and it was the worse mistake that I ever made.

 + 5 moreImpressed overall with the service, quality and timeliness of work. Excellent design choices, materials. Prompt attention to fixing any problems (very little). They explained the design on tiles before laying, listened to my concerns. Price was reasonable.
Description of Work: Installed shower, bathtub, backsplash, granite countertops, floor, in kitchen and bathroom renovations.
