Both times I used Christine as my Realtor, I have been completely impressed at how hard she works. This most recent property that I used her to purchase went so smoothly. I called her to inquire about it. Two hours later she had already seen the property herself and had everything together to show it to us. She got all of the paperwork done quickly and right and we placed our bid. The Realtor on the other side was not easy for her to work with. Almost every day for a week she had to run back and forth to get more paperwork that the HUD Realtor suddenly decided was needed. Every time Christine went out of her way to come where I was for signatures. I know she was getting the run around from the other agent but she never asked any more of me. In fact, I would have never known she was having those problems had I not asked. She is terrific!!!!!!
