Chic Flooring and More LLC

Great. We were given a schedule for the project: what would happen on each day, trades involved (carpenter, tillers, plumbers). Crew were very efficient and conscientious about their work.  Instead of having one contractor perform all the various parts of the project, Chic supplies contractors that are expert in their trades.
 The project was completed on time with no surprises.  The work was top-notch and the crews very professional.

I needed to have the floor sealant grinded down before the tile could be laid. This was very messy and dusty. Clouds of dust drifted from the garage and also into the house. I feel better equipment could have been used to prevent this mess that was so bad I had to shampoo the carpet and change the air filters in the house. In addition we both got headaches and I had a sore throat. After the grout was applied the crew was in such a rush to leave they left grout fingerprints on the washing machine and dryer. We paid them to move the washer and dryer but I expected the water to be turned on and the washing machine to be somewhat level. After paying Alex for the work performed he refused to give me a proper receipt showing what I had paid. He told me to call the office because he had to go to his next job. After contacting the office twice I have yet to receive one.
