I could not have been more disappointed with them from beginning to end. I needed an expert to come out and set up my new, very expensive Klipsch surround sound system as well as a Ring doorbell, Alexa studio and Show. I am very hard of hearing and needed these fine tuned and functional. When I called, I asked specifically if Kevin had experience with the new wireless Reference system and with Alexa devices and was assured that he did. He did not. He spent a great deal of time poring over the Klipsch installation guide. He then could not figure out how to get the app working to tune the speakers. He had never worked with Alexa so I gave up on the SmartHome setup. I spent well over $300 to get my speakers and doorbell essentially plugged in. Worse, Kevin said he’d get right back to me on reaching out to Axiim for app support. He never did. I ended up paying AGAIN for a terrific installer from another company in Georgetown who solved the problem within five minutes. Kevin had chosen the wrong app to control the surround sound... For reliable customer service, honesty and expertise, I strongly advise you go elsewhere.

"Cost was $300, not $365. As I already replied to your last review that you posted on another site once again: [Member Name Removed] I am so sorry to hear you're upset with us. We didn't purchase any of the equipment, but were happy to install it. When Kevin left everything was working perfectly. The only thing needed was to configure your speakers to the app and we emailed the manufacturer multiple times and they never got back to us and after the visit we never heard from you, so we assumed it was all resolved. When Kevin was there he installed a router and it worked as designed. He installed a Ring Doorbell Cam and it worked as designed. He installed multiple Alexa speakers that all worked. He also installed your speakers for the TV and they all worked. We are not sure why you are so upset, but you have our apologies and we wish you would have contacted us, so we could have resolved this for you. Denise"

Nearby lightning caused a surge within the hdmi connections that knocked my system off-line. Kevin got to my house quickly and tested all the equipment, and diagnosed the precise problem. He was able to get me a great price on a fantastic receiver. Also when I asked him if he had a recommendation on a better remote than the Logitech I had been using, he had that too. Before meeting them I was frustrated with my system - especially the remote control. Now things operate very smoothly and I'm happy with my home theater system.

Centex Audio was very responsive to my request for an appointment. Kevin showed up at the appointed time. He worked lightning quick, didn't dawdle, but also took time to answer all my questions. My receiver's hdmi inputs were fried and so was some of the connectivity equipment. Centex was able to get a great price on the receiver I wanted and they installed that, as well as replaced the connectivity equipment. I asked about whether he'd recommend a better remote than the Logitech I was using at the time and he recommended and installed one that works much better for me. My home theater is much easier to use now and suffers from far fewer hiccups.

"Getting this review from Mr. [removed member name] was no surprise since he had already threatened to leave a bad review before we ever got to the job. I should have seen the red flags at that point. As soon as we received the notification that Mr. [removed member name] bought our coupon I phoned and emailed him to set an appointment. I never heard back with a confirmation after several attempts to confirm. I called Angie's List and was told he moved out of state after he bought the coupon which seemed logical seeing that he wouldn't respond back to me with a confirmation, so I cancelled that appointment that day and after the appointment day was over I started getting phone calls and emails from one very upset Mr. [removed member name]saying that I better call him back or he's going to leave us a bad review on Angie's List. The coupon clearly states 2 hours of Labor. Mr. [removed member name] seemed to think that purchasing the coupon meant we would spend the whole day there and use our parts for no extra fee just the $160 coupon that was bought. I'm sorry that Mr. [removed member name] didn't read the details before he purchased that coupon, but that is not our fault. We actually had to stop and tell Mr. [removed member name] to slow down and let's see where we are at because he kept adding stuff that he wanted us to do. He had old box speakers and old receivers that he wanted us to hook up. We're good, but we can't turn old equipment into a rocking surround sound system. I'm sorry that after training on-site and SEVERAL almost daily phone calls with Mr. [removed member name] that he didn't know how to operate his system. We told him that a Universal Remote would help simplify it, but he said he couldn't afford it. I took calls after hours, so I'm conbfused about the F for responsivness seeing that Mr. [removed member name] is the one that won't answer phone calls or emails when I try to contact him. I was told when he got the bill for parts and labor of $245.78 that he didn't have money to pay us, but he would cause we did a good job. Well months went by and he won't answer his phone or respond via email. I called him the other day since it's been a couple months still and no payment and he never returned my call, BUT he went on Angie's List and left this review the very next day. I assume that this is Mr. [removed member name]way of justifying not paying his bill. Another funny thing about Mr. [removed member name] review is that is we did such a terrible job why after we were already done and out of there did he continue to call and ask for estimates for new surround set up's (because his equipment was not working properly cause it was old). We spent so much time with Mr. [removed member name] giving advise and working on estimates for him. He told me how professional the tech was too. Very sad to me, especially since everything Mr. [removed member name] said is just not true about us. Please call us anytime if you have any questions about Mr. [removed member name] review and our time with him. Please read our other reviews. We take pride in our customer service and our work. First of all, I think I called on a Friday and asked if they could come to my house the next week. They were able to work me into their schedule. At first I was just going to install speakers on my deck, but they spent some time with me on the phone and I learned of all the things they could do for me. I ended up purchasing a new receiver to replace my dated unit. It's amazing the capability of the new units with blue tooth, ect. I also asked to have my tv hung on my call, and in addition, they connected my existing speakers to for surround sound. The owner, Kevin, personally handled the job and made sure that all was working. The toughest job was teaching me how to work the technology. We can have an ipod playing outside and have the inside speakers playing a football game. Had no idea that this was even possible. I also had to call Kevin several times to ask questions and he was always quick to respond. I would not hesitate to call Kevin for my next job. He was very careful to hide all wires so that they aren't noticeable. He also set up my tv so that when I upgrade to the next size and technology I'm all set.

I have had Keith install a tv above my fireplace along with 2 wall speakers. He did a great job and made adjustments based on my pickiness. The work came out great and we did not have to do any patch work or additional painting. I had him come over a second time to rewire our home network to a wall panel and relocate 2 media servers. Just as before, the work was outstanding, Keith took his time to answer my questions and advised me on different items relating to the wiring. I am planning to have them come out a third time to install a 7.1 theater system and I am confident we are going to love it. I would like to add that Denise who coordinated all this, was also great, I appreciate her putting up with all my questions and plan changes. These folks are great, they do great work and are very professional. I look forward to having them work with us again.
