The service was great.  They showed up on time and provided a quote quickly.  I had told them exactly what I wanted and that is exactly what was in the quote.  They gave me several options for colors and manufacturers.  They were busy so we scheduled the replacement for 2 weeks out.  I didn't have to call when the time came.  They showed up, let me know they were there, and did the work.  They cleaned up nicely and were done and gone in the time frame they originally stated it would take.  After the job, I had the chance to meet the owner as he did one final inspection of the property...I hire a lot of contractors to work on my rehab and rental houses and rarely have I had the actual owner come out to the job site to make sure the work was done right.

Overall, we were fairly satisfied but there were a couple of little issues.The salesperson  made some fine, sky promises but never came about. It is not a big deal but he just gave a promise that they didn't do. I think I would recommend them but be very careful on what a salesperson says on all the little promises that he is going to do or she has to do with making a mess on your yard and cleaning it up afterwards and you better get ready because you are going to find that once you put the roofs on, it is bye bye.

Everything turned out very well. I would hire them again.

They are amazing. They are really a top notch and if there is ever a problem, he is going to make it right. I don't have any problems with them, I would strictly recommend them.

Only two companies responded to my original inquiry and once they found out what my insurance was willing to pay only Castle stuck with me. They did a great job and roof looks good. One Caveat was that he promised I would not spend more than my deductible and promised me a discount over the phone,  but ended up charging me more than the insurance quote by $169  which I had to cover because the contract didn't delineate the charges. I would use them again only if each line item was made very clear in the contract.

I was very pleased with the creative solution and the work performed.

I contacted Castle Roofing for an estimate.  Willie Hendrix came out and spent a lot of time going over everything with me, and giving me the information I needed to make the decision to proceed.  He explained all the various options and materials in a very easy to understand manner.  I received the written estimate from him later that week, and decided to go ahead and have the work done.  
On the day that the work was to begin, Willie called to tell me that they had gotten hung up on the job prior to mine, and could we reschedule.  For me this was not a problem since I work from my home, so we set up the next day for the work to begin.  Willie again contacted me the next day to give me the time they crew would arrive, giving me plenty of time to get my dogs' outdoor activities taken care of, and to get them back inside away from the workers, which was very important to me.
The workers arrived on time, and began the process.  Willie introduced me to the foreman, Ernesto, who was very easy to work with. The crew worked hard all that afternoon,  but still had some more to finish the next day.  They arrived at the house on time, and finished everything up by early afternoon.  When I went out to look at the job, the first thing I noticed was how thoroughly they had cleaned up after themselves.  I found no trash or nails at all.
The roof itself looks marvelous.  I am very pleased with the finished product.  Willie walked through it with me to show me what had been done, and the repairs that had been made.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the job that was done, and especially with the excellent customer service I received.

I found Castle Roofing through Angie's List. They re-roofed the entire house and replaced screens that were hail damaged. He caught hail damage that other roofers hadn't. He suggested I call my insurance adjuster. The insurance adjuster came out and our insurance paid for everything.

From start to finish reasonable prices, quality materials, quality workmanship, projects done on schedule, and people who listen to what you want... it made everything so easy. I love my new roof, chimney, and interior. It looks better than it did before the hail and water damage. Best of all, the energy efficiency improvements have made a noticible difference in my utility bills. The owner, Wille Hendrix, provided a reasonable bid with quality materials. I know because I got 3 bids before selecting this company. Unlike some bidders, he knew roofing and house construction inside and out. He answered all of my questions promptly, courteously, and professionally. He also provided expert advice about the placement of vents than helped me improve the energy efficiency of my roof. He included all of the changes I wanted to the standard job in writing and specified the high quality and energy efficient extras I wanted. The project started and finished on schedule. The owner supervised the job himself and was onsite at least once each day usually twice. When he was not onsite, he was always available by cell phone. For each stage of the job, he had a crew of specialists who did quality work. At every turn, he proved to be honest and reliable. He even went the extra mile one day and accomodated my schedule by shifting his crew from inside work to outside work. I could not have asked for anything more. When I have other major repair or remodeling work, I would use this contractor again and again.

They did a great job. They were able to locate and repair the source of a longstanding leak. The work was completed in one long day. They did a great job of cleaning up all the roof debris and nails. I hope not to need a roof for a long time but I would hire them to do general contracting and remodeling work.

Willie personally inspected every aspect of every job, insuring that it met his standards. If it didn't, it was redone...not "patched". Without exception, everything that Castle Roofing has done exceeded my expectations. The only thing that didn't exceed my expectations was the cost. What I was quoted was what I paid, period. No hidden fees or additional "add ons"...no surprises! If something unexpected was discovered (rotted wood as an example) Willie showed me exactly what the problem was and then worked with me for the best solution.
