We had never a built a home before and were a bit nervous about such a big project, but Joel was so easy to work with and walked us through the process.  All of the subs did excellent work and were very timely.  Joel always worked to try and get the best price he could for us with the subcontractors and he made sure the work was high quality. 
He finished the project ahead of schedule and we have a beautiful well built home.

Very well. From the first interaction with Linda, I felt very comfortable with both Steve and Linda (and being a single female, I have had more than my share of condescending servicemen). Their bid wasn't the lowest, but it included things that they pointed out would be better options, so I felt like the bids weren't apples to apples with the others, I either would have been unhappy with the work of the others, or the cost would have gone up afterwards. With all the horror stories you hear about contractors not showing up, doing shoddy work, or not finishing, I was so glad that my experience was the opposite. The crew showed up on time, were very courteous and professional, and both Steve and Linda were in communication regularly. The job was finished on time, and the extra cost was due to extra stuff I added, not hidden overruns. I will definitely call them again for my next phase of remodeling.
