I was having a problem in the steering column of my Chrysler 300. The first service provider I took it to not only failed to diagnose the problem, they insisted I needed new struts and shocks and had to replace a tie rod on a car with only 33,000 miles on it. Of course, the $1,100 quote would not cover any additional issues with the steering column.
Fortunately, I knew enough about cars that I didn't let them do any of their recommended work and called Camdyn. A friend had told me about them and Justin and Amanda were great. Justin identified the problem in a very short time. He even went so far as to check to see if the part involved had been recalled by Chrysler. He also looked at the shocks, struts and and quot;looseand quot; tie rod and told me they didn't need replacement and had only the wear you would expect to see at that mileage. As Justin worked on the car, Amanda kept me fully informed on what the car needed, the cost and when the work would be completed.
This is a new business and it's obvious that they are looking to build a reputation for honest service at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them for any future repairs.
"Thank you for your business [member name removed]! It was our pleasure - and we'd love to work on any car issues you may have in the future! We appreciate the nice words. :) Camdyn Auto Repair"
