The workers were professional and kept the area clean.  I definitely recommend them and will use them again if I have any home remodeling projects in the future.  I am very happy with the work that Blue Marble Design did in my home.

We have lived in our home for over 20 years and hadn?t really changed anything because we were intimidated by the process.  We decided to make some changes to our Master and Hall Bathrooms and called John at Blue Marble Design.   He came up with a design, advised us on what would and wouldn?t work in our bathrooms and was responsive during the whole process.    One thing I really appreciated was John's patience with my indecision.  He must have gone to tile stores 6 times with me as I kept changing my mind about what I wanted;  all the time guiding me on what would or wouldn?t look good.  We are so pleased with both of our bathrooms.  They are beyond what we imagined and, if we decide to make any more changes to our home, Blue Marble Design will be the one we call.

Blue Marble did a great job! We just had our kitchen gutted and remodeled.  I cook a lot and I really love the design and functionality. The design they came up with exceeded anything we had thought of before meeting with them. We also had our master bathroom remodeled. We enlarged the size of the bathroom and had a larger shower built. New cabinets, quartz countertops, travertine floors.  Took about 5 weeks. Wish we would have done this years ago. They really did a good job!

This contractor completely demolished our kitchen on June 3, 2013.  He has had our kitchen cabinet doors for almost four months.  We cannot get information about completion of additional pantry/cabinet doors/drawers .  One cabinet was cut off the wall incorrectly and the door will not fit back in the same spot.  One cabinet door was dismantled to determine how to build additional identical doors for another cabinet.  After 6 weeks, he told us he could not make the doors without a special router bit.  He told us he would put a rush order on it on July 9, 2013.  To date, the router bit has not been delivered and he will not give us any information about it.  Every part of the project has had to be done at least 2, 3 or more times.  The quartzite counters were installed so out of level that the backsplash installation sloped downhill and had to be ripped out and done over.  The electrician's work was completely dismantled by the backsplash person and must be redone.  The backsplash worker buried a wire in the wall under the backsplash and now a hole must be cut in the hallway wall to retrieve it and a hole cut in the backsplash to put it in the correct spot.  The painter has had our cabinet doors for 3 months.  He returned them, placing them OUTSIDE, lined up around the house, while we were out of town.  My husband had to carry in 28 doors and drawers himself when he returned to Austin late at night.  This also obviously alerted anyone driving by our home that nobody was there.  All doors/drawers had to be sent back to painter due to extremely bad paint job, full of drips and "orange peel" look.  We cannot get an answer as to when the doors will be returned AGAIN.  The contractor told us he would have trash picked up frequently, and this has NOT been the case.  We had to ask every subcontractor if they could please haul away the mountains of trash and most of them said they could not because they had no trash bags on their trucks.  We have paid over 80 percent of the total to this contractor and have received poor work, lack of communication, and nothing to instill confidence that this work will ever be completed.  What I have described is only a small part of the total complaints we have.  This has been a nightmare experience and is ongoing.  We have no idea when or IF this project will be completed.  We would highly recommend NOBODY use this contractor.
