Well beyond expectations. Paul worked with us remotely prior to move-in and we worked through all the details ahead of time. Paul and Joey created a gameplan for the installation that would enable our home to be armed and protected upon move-in. Joey did an amazingly quick and thorough job, adding the motion sensors, keypads, and devices per the plan and even repaired defects from the pre-wire (pre-wire was done by builder's contractor, not done by Blue Line). The system is intuitive and Joey provided great training on its use, including the smartphone app and registration of the alarm with Austin Police Department (to avoid false alarm fines). Blue Line staff members have good technical knowledge of alarm systems options. We called around and Blue Line are the most knowledgeable and responsive among the options in Austin. We highly recommend them for your home security needs.

I just can't say enough about how pleased I was with Blue Line Security. Darrel was on time, very nice and friendly and the most important part, knowledgable. He let me pick his brain with the many questions that I had and never once made me feel that I was a pain. He didn;t make me feel that he was in a rush to get out of there either. Darrel you are the best!!!! I would recomend them to everyone.

Perfect, technician on time (even earlier after contacting us which was perfect), all devices installed, tested and a training for us on how to use the system and get the full potential out of it. Questions over the coming days after installation where promptly answered. Paul is the best, he knows his business and the technology and always has a good tip. The price was much better then Frontpoint!

I found them after searching Yelp & Angie's List. First call was answered by Paul who was courteous and friendly. The estimate was set up for a few days later. Both the estimate and install were handled by Darrell, who was professional, friendly, thorough, and most importantly not I to suggestive selling or up charging. They use the Alarm.com platform, which was a plus. Installation took 5 hours, during which Darrell was not intrusive at all. Overall a great experience and would recommend them without hesitation!

It went well, there were a few bumps in the beginning but this is always this case with this type of advanced setup. They responded quickly and fixed things to make everything operate correctly.

When I spoke with Paul, he was very helpful and honest, letting me know that he is not an expert with our DSC Impressa System.   I wanted to check out and start using our old system.   Instead of trying to sell me a different system, he helped me find someone who could work with what I already have.   NIce guy!!   Wish I could use him for my existing system.

Excellent job replacing a control box and three keypads with new updated equipment.  Would highly recommend this company.

Blue line security and the representative that installed my system did a great job. The installer took his time and made sure that everything was working before he left. He spent time going through the automation of everything to make sure that I knew how to work everything. Paul who was my initial salesperson did a great job going through all the options availble to me and made sure I understood all that Blue Line Security has to order. So Far I have been extremely happy with the services provided by Blue Line and look forward to working with them in the long term.

The owner, Paul, hired a nice man by the name of Brent. He was my tech.

Scheduling was perfect.  They are really easy to get a hold of and they're very responsive.  I've had the same installer each time.  The cost of the service was very reasonable.

We’ve been very pleased with the company as a whole. They were very prompt and courteous.

It turned out very well.  They installation was at no charge.  They were very professional and followed up to make sure everything was going great.  The cost is $10 cheaper than the previous company we were using.

Finally upgraded to a new cellular-enabled home security system and I wanted one that also offered access via my phone or computer, with multiple security codes for friends or service providers. Paul and Blue Line came highly recommended from friends and the price was competitive with other A-ranked providers on Angie's List so I decided to go with them. 
Paul was very responsive and gave me a couple of options from which to choose. His technician, Brent, texted the night before my appointment to confirm the time and showed up exactly when he said he would. Took about 90-minutes to install and he was pleasant during the entire process, including walking me through the new system, keypad, website and smartphone app.
I'm very happy with this decision and the cost per month is only a few dollars more than my previous, old-school system and I have no long-term contract. I gave a B on price but that's only because I opted to purchase the system up front (vs over the duration of a 3-year contract) and it was a bit expensive. I think it will be worth it in the long run, considering I'm saving about $30/month on phone bills now. It'll pay for itself in a year.

They are fantastic and they are charging me half of what the other provider charge.  I have 5 outside doors to my house and they did not charge any extra for them.  My monthly fee is $57.  I have had others come in and give estimates and they are I think $97 a month plus they would do only three doors for free.  They give wonderful service at a cost that one can afford

. They donated the hard ware as part of their publicity so all I had to pay for is the monthly service fee. They were good. We have weird house. The old alarm system was disconnected long back before we bought the house. I have two vaulted ceilings one in the bedroom and one in the bathing room. So at any time there is any disconnect or anything happens to the wires the two existing attics they don’t match up. So I had to have a wireless. I would use them in the future.
