When I need something, I have a service. They are pretty prompt. To make an appointment to come to the house, is sometimes several days. I can phone them and make the connection with them. That's how they do that. We get all the vitals taken care of. I can walk away from my phone while they are working on my computer. I can get in touch with them. They will call me back maybe in a couple hours, "When we are finished, is there anything else we can help you with?" "Yeah, just get that stuff off my computer,"and they say, "Well, we've done that and we've taken these programs off and we've installed a monitor." I think they are excellent. I think they are pretty good. My service with them is the same kind of service that I've had with another company. I was paying about $200 - $250 for one visit. I can pay $100 for the whole year and get my computers taken care of. I think the Best Buy is awesome. In most cases, if somebody is working on your computer, you can depend on a $200 - $300 bill. I've had it. That was before inflation for the next two years. We got a computer. We bought their service. I have nothing but pleased. I did have to take the computer in one time because it would not connect to the internet. If it will connect to the internet, they can take care of you over the phone. I don't think anybody could beat that kind of pricing. I can lift up the phone and say that I've got some kind of garbage on my computer. I had cruised to Facebook or something and maybe I had got a virus. It was popping up and I didn't want it. It was interfering. Two hours later, I was taken care of.
