John came out a day after I called him, his timeliness in response was great from the beginning all the way through to the end.
Within less than a week he provided me a drawing of the design for the backyard and a proposal. The proposal was well priced and the design was pretty perfect to what we wanted.
John's team came out and in three days redid the entire back yard. They reconfigured and repaired our irrigations system to better water the area, avoid the pool, and water the new landscape plan. They installed two large flower beds to include borders, liner, and tons of riverbed rock (what we wanted). They installed over 4 trees, 28 shrubs, and 12 plants. They laid sod in the entire backyard and side yard that had been destroyed during the construction of the pool. They also built a flagstone walkway for us (we had the flagstone).
John was out with his team everyday checking in on them and mentoring them. It is an extremely rare site to see an owner in landscaping out mentoring his team, but he was there. He kept me informed of the project every day and if I wanted to change something he was responsive with no questions asked. The proposed bid matched the total cost.
I will most definitely use Be Green again for any landscaping I ever need. I had a tree not survive the harsh winter we had this year and I simply emailed John, we picked out a replacement and he replaced it in less than 4 days (had to order it) and only charged cost of tree but not removal and installation.

So i'm adding an update. I had them come back to do work and replace some oleanders suffering from scorch. The new plants werent doing well so i went to investigate and found that there was a 1-2 inch void all the way around all newly replaced plants. Basically the root ball had nothing to grow it's roots into. Additionally, some other plants were planted inches above the ground. i had to fill all voids.
